  1. I just barely closed on my first property and it is an fha financed duplex. Probably one of the more difficult logistics was finding one for sale (for a good deal in a good location) that had a month-to-month renter since FHA requires you to move in within 60 days.

  2. 1. What happens if you don't stay for the 1 year requirement?

    2. Should you cash refinance the property after 1 year and use the cash for a new property?


  3. At 0:50 it is mentioned that you can use half of the potential rental income to help qualify for more than you normally could. Could anyone explain what was meant by that?
    I apologize in advance if it is something obvious. Thank you for the great information.

  4. I used my FHA Loan for a 3 unit I was lucky to get that and it’s working out wonderful for me. I’m ready to get my second sometime this year.
