Made me love the video even more!Reply UPDATE 3rd August 2019 ~ "Purchase of the Hotel Grim has closed, and the developer managing its rehabilitation says the work will begin this month.Interior demolition is expected to begin "in the next few weeks," said Cohen-Esrey Development Group, the Grim's new owners and general contractor for the renovation, in a news release Friday."After so many months and a lot of hard work from a lot of people, I'm very pleased to have crossed this important threshold," said Tom Anderson with Cohen-Esrey.The $25 million project will restore portions of the building, including the grand lobby and the Palm Court Room, and convert the former hotel room floors into modern apartments.
