  1. Philipines food some of worlds most underated, foreigner doesn't because not much filipino restaurant overseas. I live menudo, imbutido, hamonado, morcon, paella, mechado, sinigang, adobo, chopsuey pancit palabok, pancit malabon, pancit canton, pancit guisado, pancit bihon, sisig, tocino, langonisa and many others, the beauty is every province have different preparation, unlike padthai only evolve in sugar. I love filipino food

  2. Manila is considered second to Warsaw, Poland as the most damaged city in World War II. Many of historical sites and structures are just gone.

  3. 10:50 Did you visit the Manila Cathedral and the San Agustin Museum? They're very good tourist attractions. Especially Museo de San Agustin. It has so many valuable paintings and artifacts.

  4. 11 years ago I stayed at Robelle House, Valdez St. I think they may even have demolished much of that area to make way for A Venue Mall. While Manila is improving rapidly, Cebu and everywhere else doesn't appear to have changed at all in a decade.

  5. in manila you can visit the historic rizal park…. its worth checking out in the late afternoons or early mornings. Chinatown is very interesting its the oldest chinatown in the world. corregidor island is worth visiting too for a half day historical tour of this beautiful island. you need to ride a ferry in the early morning and u will be back in manila by afternoon.

  6. Is it noisy? My friend, Jim, just returned and could not get over the noise from ever present music. It appears you found a quiet ๐Ÿคซ place, but still pick up hint of background music. Lots of barking dogs too in rural areas. How do Filipinos ever get a decent nightโ€™s sleep ๐Ÿ’ค?
