I was born and raised in Cuba, and just want to say: THANK YOU so much for sharing my beautiful country. Your videos are so raw, truthful, and you really grasped what Cuba is.I also agree with the 7 score. Cuba can be cheap but you should be ready to live upon that cheap price. Otherwise, just get a hotel room.Reply Your experience in Cuba was awesome and I'm so happy to see more black women traveling and doing solo trips. I'm planning a solo trip next May to Havana, Cuba and I'm so excited about it. Thanks for sharing your experience with us; it's actually preparing me for my future trip.Reply YOUR BACKGROUND JAZZ–WOW SO GREAT…NAME PLEASE.Reply Please can u recommend me Airbnb and the price area etc booked my ticket but not yet a place thanksReply I have been there 4 times and really enjoy it, I am Canadian and didn't meet many people from the USA , I am happy to see that you had a good time, you have a nice personality and that helps to have a good time, some people complain all the time no matter how much you try and please them, I am glad you stated that this is a poor country, no real 5 star places, but l have always had a nice place, jimReply oo they was hittin that salsa in the beginning woulda got my whole life seeing that in personReply First and foremost,Love the video. As soon as you said that I knew EXACTLY what you meant. It was wild when you said that it threw me for a loop cause I HAVE FELT/FEEL THE EXACT SAME WAY. It was just crazy when you said it cause ive never heard anyone else say that but ive totally 100percent have felt the way and have thought about it and wondered why but ive never told anyone about it so i just thinks its sooo cool that theres someone else that knows how that is. Anyway just wanted to tell you that and THANKYOU for a great Vid. I hope to see more from you on traveling to other cool off the map places on a budgets…PEACE *& Be Blessed!Reply great vids, more plz, thanks…Reply Thank youReply Nice video, I like these type of travelling ,cultural video—,Reply I heard you say that you were there over Christmas..Ha..so was I, my friend and I. As a Black American, I had a great time in Cuba..We met other Black Cubans when we got there and they showed us so much love and took us around. It was great because although we had the tourist currency, because they were local, they would order everything for us in the local currency..so we saved A Lot. Yes, if you are used to being on the internet all day, yes it will be a problem..but if you have Whatsapp..I would text and talk to everyone when we came within an internet area..no big deal for me….Also the best thing to do, is befriend locals, and they will take you away from the tourist areas, this is where everything is fun.. I can understand as women you may be cautious..but we had a great time.Reply JUST TO HAVE AN IDEA HOW MUCH CAN I BRING WITH ME IF I WANTED TO STAY FOR 3 WEEKS AND CAN U WALK ME THROUGH HOW TO FIND A PLACE TO STAY LIKE YOU GUYS DID HOW MUCH FOR 3 WEEKS STAYING. THANXXReply thank you for sharing! I will be traveling next month and this blog was helpful!Reply love both of your vlogs, very informative, and well done. Thanks for sharing.Reply Hi. Is there a part 3? I'm from Cuba and sometimes watch some videos from my country because I live abroad and it's very interesting to know the reaction of foreing people in Cuba. It's a problem what concerns to internet in the island, isn't it? especially for tourists. And also there's still a lot of need and economical political restriction.Reply Naema, Thanks so much once again for sharing your travel video with others. I truly relate to you feeling of appreciation and closeness to God. I have experienced similar feelings when I have traveled abroad. I live in Miami exposed to a lot of Cuban Culture. I embrace cultural diversity.Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
