Gay's do rip people off by charging to much, I can say that because I'm gay.Reply All mobile homes seem so out dated and crap! These are the first mobile homes that I would consider buying. Well designed and well made.Reply SMART, smart designers….This group did a GREAT job!!Reply I’m sorry but there is nothing tiny about this home all I see is a wide trailer nothing newReply Utterly disgraceful that no consideration seems to have been made for any form of renewables or sustainable living..or at least I did not see any…incomprehensible for this to happen in a modern housing developement…nothing but greed..greed .greed. Shame on you.😳Reply I do not know exactly why, but as long as I watch these videos, I am so grateful to be European!Reply So what happens to the poor people still living there? Lot rent becomes untenable and they are homeless because mobile homes are not movable. They relinquish their home because they get behind on payments, owner takes over, razes mobile home and builds another one of these "modular" "pre-fab" buildings and sells for 15-20 times what the mobile home would have cost. Gentrification, mobile park style.Reply Had me up until you rent the land. That was a huge mistake, they know very well these homes don’t travel well at all.Reply The streamlining the extra molding details was a great call! He said almost everything I love, want and have designed myself in tiny/small houses. Like the clear story windows, pocket doors, the bathroom outside of the bedroom so people/guests aren't in your bedroom and the separated toilet shower from the sink. Again, I wish the men would put actually bathtubs in the bathrooms! This has to be my new favorite tiny-small house design and project!I also love that you can move these but they're not on wheels! It's 14' wide. They didn't say how long they are (or I didn't hear). And the price for Cally is amazing for what you get on the site! People on this board complaining about the purchase cost, site set up and land lease either have never owned a home or are in Mayberry. $115,00 – $200,000 for a house you own of any kind in California especially Palm Springs is a bargain! There are people living in boxes or grown children in their 30s/40s still at home cuz they can't afford anything reasonable in Cally and folks are on this board whining about what others are doing to create affordable housing in a city in a state that's not affordable by other city standards. The people developing the project have to make something from designing, building and maintaining the site. This is Palm Springs CA, there are few places in CA that created to be affordable accept in this converted trailer park that has "moveable" small homes. All the whining complainers, if you can do better than let's see you design and build them better! In a rip from Carrie Bradshaw: If you don't like the cost than don't you live there! I think it's a great reclaiming of the land, some of the actual mobile homes and great design for homes 600 sqft with private yard, decks and parking — in California!Reply HOA is way too high…..just to rent a postage size piece of land.Reply These are single wide mobile homesReply why arent you mic'd? i cant hear your questions? you know you can buy more than two microphones right?Reply why is it so expensive? id rather just buy a house out thereReply This is SO cool. I want one.Reply 11:05. “There’s a stigma against mobile home parks. 11:06. 40 year old Cadillac make a turnReply I’d live there. Looking into it. Needs solar.Reply holy moly, that's a lot of money…location, i guess.Reply WILL SOROS OR ROT]HSCHILDS LIVE IN THESW DIAGUSTING TINY HOUSES? OR WILL THEY CONTINUE HAVE THEIR 100 ROOMS HOUSE? DON'T YOU GET IT? THESE GLOBALISTS WANT YOU TO LIVE IN THEM WHILE THEY WOULD STILL LIVE IN THEIR SPRAWLING ESTATE. DON'T FALL FOR IT. THIS MAN IS LYING. RUN AWAY FROM THERE.Reply Beautiful designs! Thanks for sharingReply How much are they going for? I saw on HGTV/House Hunters last night it was $110,000.00Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
