  1. Can you show us how to SPLIT a tenant transaction… Tenant pays $1,000 for rent AND $100 for garage AND $40 for electric utility. TOTAL tenant payment is $1,140.
    Does the split transaction need to be in the "UNEARNED RENT" and DEPOSIT or in the INVOICE record. This difference, bank deposit or just invoice to show tenant has used up unearned rent has lost me here.
