  1. Okay I found a decent 1 bdrm for $1600 decent! In L.A. North Hollywood Area. Has a billard room i love to shoot pool. Has large community room with bar, theater, conference room, pool and spa and exercise room.
Wasn't for being in the film industry I would NOT Live in L.A. But looking forward to moving once the bank roll expands…I like The First & Last apts. You showed.

  2. My bf and i are planning to move there after i finish college if we donโ€™t go out of state! The modern one you loved and the rustic ones were my favorite! I live in Huntsville so 1/1 range pretty wide depending if its student housing (Iโ€™m in a college town) or non student housing but roughly $750-$1300+

  3. I live in Valley Ranch close to coppell & My rent with water & trash included 1 br is only 825. Very cheap for the area. Apartments are so expensive in the DFW!

  4. ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค  are first, Mexicans second , and you people are 3 place, ! Texas is a repablican State and it's going to stay like this!!!!!!! You don't like it GO back where you come from!!!! ( Poor luxury apartments , soon infested with cockroaches ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

  5. I don't understand people who want to move to Dallas and buy a house they could get outside of Dallas for half (or less) of what it costs in Dallas. It's too expensive now. People who decide to move here don't have common sense. You can get more bang for your buck outside of Dallas. Dallas started sucking a long time ago. It is a city fast losing its unique identity. Being in Dallas feels like you could be in any other "cookie cutter" American city. You've got the same, practically identical shopping centers with the same damn restaurant chains that all these dumb millennials get excited about. I don't understand these real estate agents that advertise for a 2000 sqft home for $500 grand and they get all excited about what a great deal it is when you could get the same type of home-size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms for a fraction of the price if you're willing to live outside of Dallas. It's just stupid and lacking any economical sense. Dallas feels PLASTIC. It's not real anymore. Again Dallas just sucks!!!
