    I have heard the free visa on arrival for Indians has been further extended to April 2020? Do we still have to carry any documents or photos even if visa is free?

If you plan your trip accordingly, with all the budget options I mentioned especially hostels, local food, and local commute, your budget with not exceed 20k at all.
