  1. Thank you for all that you do. I had never been into yoga before – preferring workouts like running, circuit training, and CrossFit instead – but I felt like I needed it during my pregnancy when I couldn't exercise like normal. I tried one of your videos, got hooked, and used your whole prenatal program. IT made an incredible difference in how I felt day to day. Now 3 months post-partum, I am a full member and totally addicted to your yoga instruction. I could go on and on about why, but I'll just leave it at this: You really make a difference in people's lives – don't ever forget that. Thank you.

  3. Sarah Beth, I found this practice so powerful. It is 9:30 at night where I am, I just had an amazing day and am on a high from happiness. Every moment of this practice was perfect. The poses, the transitions, the timing, your verbal cues. I have been truly touched. I have experienced before the shedding of a tear or two during or at the end of a practice, but the way you finished this one effected me in a way that triggered the waterworks of emotion. From time to time I really feel a practice and experience real breakthroughs. This was one of those. Short, sweet and powerful. Thank you from my heart!

  4. This is a very good slow practice. I like this variation at the end, I did not know it. Legs up the wall is incredible alone, I like being able to add this to my practice.
